I am an agricultural economist specializing in production economics, policy, and trade.
I am a first-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University, where I serve as a Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate Principles of Agricultural Economics course and as a Research Assistant under Dr. Nathan Hendricks.
My research focuses on the political economy of agriculture. I use statistical methods and economic models to assess how agricultural policy influences commodity markets, market relationships, land use, and global trade. My work has been published in academic journals and extension outlets, and I write a monthly Substack (@deweyjrobertson) to make my research more accessible to non-economist audiences.
This website provides access to my CV, publications, working papers, and teaching resources. I’m always happy to connect with others interested in agricultural policy, commodity markets, or potential research collaborations.
